Our History

Full Armor Outfitters was founded in 2023 by United States Army veterans Bear Bronaugh and Bob Treat. The founders, who met while serving together in the military, bonded over their shared love for their country, family, hunting, and the outdoors. Both Bear and Bob struggled with PTSD, substance abuse, depression, and anxiety after multiple deployments overseas. However, they have since found freedom, peace, forgiveness, and love through their relationship with the Lord.

Nature played a significant role in their healing process, and they now aim to provide the same opportunities to others. They believe that being in nature, surrounded by like-minded individuals, and having someone to rely on brings them the most peace, contentment, and happiness. As a result, they have made it their mission to serve the community, give back to those who have sacrificed for the country, and bring people closer to Jesus.

Full Armor Outfitters is a testament to the transformative power of faith, nature, and community. Bear and Bob's personal experiences have shaped their purpose, and they are dedicated to sharing their newfound freedom with others.
